THE DATA: The last teen angst/sex/party movie, “College,” didn’t exactly take the box office by storm on its way to a $2.2 million opening despite 2100 theaters.

OUR TAKE: “Sex Drive” springs from the mind and pen of newbie writer/director Sean Anders. We say it’s likely to be tough sledding out there for another run-of-the-mill teen romp. Oliver Stone’s “W” and Marky Mark’s “Max Payne” figure to send a few scraps but not much more down the box office ladder.
